Health care services

Please call your health care provider or the hospital before you go, especially if you have symptoms. If you are sick and think you’ve been exposed to COVID-19, please call your health care provider or 877-PA-HEALTH.

Most major health insurance plans offer some type of telehealth/virtual health care with an app (e.g., UPMC Plan users; please check with your health insurance plan provider.) 
  • Carlow Health services can provide routine telehealth services by pre-schedule appointment and consultation and referral support by telephone through the end of the Spring semester. 
    • Hours: Monday through Friday 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. (Hours subject to change)
    • First time students seeking routine services: 412-578-6474, leave a detailed message including name and phone number (do not provide any specific health information)
    • Routine physical health appointments: Carla Bergamasco, MS, RN or 412-578-6174
  • Other telehealth options:
  • Contact CARE Team: For students in need of academic, emotional wellbeing, mental health, physical health, social/adjustment support.
