Carlow offers a variety of graduate certificate programs designed to provide valuable expertise in high-demand, professional areas that prepare the student for professional certification.
Project Management - New accelerated format, finish in 24 weeks!
Available to undergraduate and graduate students with January and August start dates, Project Management Institute-approved coursework is provided in three online courses over the course of 24 weeks. Upon completion, students will be prepared to sit for the nationally recognized Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) examinations.
Alcohol & Drug Counseling
New and seasoned clinicians will build the foundation for competency in drug and alcohol competency through three online courses over the course of 24 weeks with January and August start dates. Upon completion, students earn required licensure CEUs or apply graduate credits towards a program.
A four-course sequence, offering educators, counselors, or other interested parties the competencies set forth by the Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE). Courses are offered in a hybrid or online format with January and August start dates. Upon completion, Level I or II certificate holders are eligible for the Autism Endorsement form the PDE.
Students take four courses aligned to the International Dyslexia Association for educators or teachers of reading. Non-formal educators are welcome. Start in January, March, August or October.
Early Childhood Leadership
Engage and explore the Early Childhood programming field with three courses that start in January or August.
Through four online courses, gain real-world training from e-learning experts that prepare each student for careers in teaching or other industries.
Using Carlow's Community Robotics, Education, and Technology Empowerment Lab (CREATE) Lab satellite, students take four courses culminating into an action-based research STEM project to implement into a classroom or field site. Start in January or August.
Cyber Threat Research & Analytics
In partnership with the National Cyber-Forensics and Training Alliance (NCFTA), students take online courses covering cyber threat topics including cybercrime, threat factors and online investigations. Start in April or September.
Fraud and Forensics
Students will gain knowledge and build the skills needed to investigate, remediate and prevent fraud through this online, 11-credit offering. Start in January or August.
Three online courses comprised of business and healthcare expose students to the world of management practices, professional standards, finance, and ethical leadership. Start in January or August.
Three online courses expose students to the world of employee relations, labor law, training and development. Start in January or August.
Want to keep going for the full master's degree? Your certificate's credits will count toward your necessary credit
hours for an MEd, MBA, MFF (Master's in Fraud and Forensics), or MSPC
(Master of Science in Professional Counseling)-and your
certificate in Fraud/Forensics can count towards either an MBA
