Constitution Day

Carlow University hosts annual events to celebrate September 17, the day the U.S. Constitutional Convention signed the Constitution in 1787 in Philadelphia. Click here [jpg] to see the flyer for 2018's event.

The Student Affairs office also provides copies of the U.S. Constitution, available in University Commons 219 and distributed the week of September 17 annually.

Finally, the U.S. Department of Education recommends the following resources for those interested in learning more about the U.S. Constitution: Library of Congress repository for Constitutional documents and information here; National Archives website for the U.S. Constitution at this link; and U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Federally-Mandated Training website.
